In our exhibition “Harry Meyer x Woo, Jong-Taek – A painterly discourse” we are pleased to present extraordinary works by the artists Harry Meyer and Woo, Jong-Taek in our gallery space. The unique pieces on display are from Harry Meyer’s work cycle “Mare Mystikum” and from Woo, Jong-Taek’s work series “Memory of Origin”. The exhibited paintings initially appear to diverge from each other, but on closer inspection, similarities can be discovered both in their respective philosophies and in the way they are painted. The different positions intertwine and open the viewer’s eyes to a discourse between two cultures.
