From January 22 to 25, House of Galleries will take place in Frankfurt—an exhibition format that is distinctive within the German art fair landscape. Located on the former executive floors of the Trianon Tower (42nd, 43rd, and 44th floors), the presentation brings together around 40 galleries from Frankfurt and across Europe. The exceptional setting offers not only new perspectives on contemporary art, but also sweeping views over the city.
We will present works by Berlin-based artist Rubica von Streng (*1992). Her artistic practice investigates processes of change and transition. The works move between precise observation of the present and visionary approaches to possible futures, addressing ecological responsibility, impermanence, as well as tensions and resistances as part of open-ended processes of transformation.
Rubica von Streng lives and works in Berlin. In 2018, she completed her studies as a master student of Mark Lammert at the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK).
