Werner Knaupp and Dietrich Klinge – Between Eternity and Transience

The current presentation at the Bode Galerie features an artistic dialogue between the works of Werner Knaupp and Dietrich Klinge. In their essence, the paintings and sculptures touch on one of the central questions of humanity: the relationship between man and nature and the inevitable transience of life. This connection is particularly evident in the work Adamah by Werner Knaupp and in Dietrich Klinge’s powerful sculptures Kleiner Metamorph (Small Metamorph) and Ein Anderer II (An Other II).
